We offer non-QM loans featuring a maximum 75% LTV for purchases, a maximum 65% LTV for cash-out refinance, and a minimum 600 FICO score. Loan amounts can reach up to $4M with no minimum square footage requirement. This financing is exclusively for non-owner-occupied properties, allowing for up to 103% LPC in accordance with program guidelines. Resort, Airbnb, and daily rentals are permitted, making it an excellent choice for self-employed loans.
